Our service level agreements can be tailored to suit each schools size and
budget. The schools infrastructure and the level of technical expertise in-house
are also factors we take into consideration when offering a service level agreement.

Even if your ICT hardware products are still in warranty, there are times when
products are simply playing up. The objective of our service agreement is to provide
a level of service, which complements that of the ICT coordinator and/or technician 
and your hardware manufacturer's warranty.
